The Pasadena Heritage group holds a themed Spring home tour each year – this year the tour is called “American Modern, USC Style and Beyond” and will celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Spring Home Tour.

This year, deasy/penner&partners is the proud sponsor of the home tour which will be held on Sunday, March 25, 2012 from 9:00am – 4:00pm.

Five featured homes will showcase examples of modern-style homes; “rare” in the Pasadena area, which tends to be better known among artchitecture buffs for its craftsman homes and bungalows.

An Altadena home on Highview Avenue is one of five that will be featured on a March 25 modern-style architecture tour that will be held by the Pasadena Heritage group.
